HOLA Wallet Guide
At HOLA we provide a simple and secure wallet system that allows drivers and passengers to manage their funds. Below is a step-by-step guide for adding funds and withdrawing earnings.
Top-Up Process (For Drivers Only)
Drivers can easily add balance to their HOLA wallet to stay active and receive ride requests without interruption.
To add funds, simply navigate to the Top-Up or Add Funds option available in your driver dashboard. Once there, select your preferred payment method, such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa, depending on your convenience.
After selecting the payment method, you will be required to enter the mobile number associated with your chosen wallet service. Upon submission, you will receive a secure payment prompt where you must enter your JazzCash or EasyPaisa PIN to confirm the transaction and authorize the top-up amount.
Once the payment is successfully processed, the amount will be instantly added to your HOLA wallet. You can then use this balance to stay active on the platform and continue receiving ride requests without any disruption.
Withdraw Process (For Drivers & Passengers)
HOLA allows both drivers and passengers to withdraw their available balance securely and conveniently.
To initiate a withdrawal, go to the Withdraw section in your account. Enter the required details, including your JazzCash number, EasyPaisa number, or your bank account information, depending on your preferred withdrawal method.
After submitting your request, it will go through a manual verification process by our accounts team to ensure accuracy and security. Once approved, the payment will be transferred from HOLA’s official bank account to your provided account details.
Please note that withdrawal processing times may vary depending on verification and banking procedures.
Important Notes
To ensure smooth transactions, always make sure that the mobile number or bank details you provide are accurate and registered under your name. HOLA is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information entered by the user.
For security reasons, never share your PIN, OTP, or account credentials with anyone. HOLA will never ask for your sensitive financial information outside of secure payment gateways.
