Definitions

“HOLA Ride” / “Company” refers to the ride-hailing platform connecting users and drivers.
“User” / “Rider” refers to individuals requesting rides or delivery services.
“Driver” refers to independent service providers offering rides or delivery services.
“Services” include ride-hailing, delivery, and related features provided through the platform.

Platform Role

HOLA Ride acts as a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers.

HOLA Ride does not provide transportation services directly.

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of HOLA Ride.

The Company is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of drivers or users during rides.

Eligibility

To use HOLA Ride, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• HOLA Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

Account Registration

You must create an account to access services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Booking & Services

Users can request rides or deliveries through the Platform.
Drivers may accept or reject ride requests.
Estimated fares and times are indicative and may vary.

HOLA Ride does not guarantee:

• Driver availability
• Exact arrival times
• Completion of any ride request

Payments & Pricing

Prices are calculated based on distance, time, demand, and other factors
Users agree to pay all applicable charges for completed services

Payments may be made via:

Cash, Digital wallet, Other available methods.

HOLA Ride may apply:

• Service fees
• Cancellation charges
• Surge pricing during peak demand

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel rides, but cancellation fees may apply.
Drivers may cancel rides based on availability or safety concerns.
Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

• Hold valid licenses and permits
• Maintain vehicle condition and safety
• Follow traffic laws and safety standards
• Treat riders respectfully
• HOLA Ride may suspend or remove drivers for violations.

User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Hold valid licenses and permits

Safety & Liability

While HOLA Ride strives to enhance safety:

• The Company does not guarantee safety during rides
• Users and drivers are responsible for their own conduct

HOLA Ride is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or damage of property
• Disputes between users and drivers

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and technology on HOLA Ride are the property of the Company.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission
• Use HOLA branding without authorization

Termination

HOLA Ride may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Platform
• Required by law

Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HOLA Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HOLA Ride harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Misconduct during rides

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms

HOLA Ride may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
